Located on a Common Computer.

A Home Page is:

The First Page Displayed at a Site,
Similar to a Table of Contents or
A Front Door.

How is Internet Publishing Accomplished ?

Man uses tools to accomplish tasks.

The Computer is a tool which is used to
Construct, Publish, and View Information.

The Computer contains nothing but
Stored Instructions called "Applications",
Sometimes referred to as "Software".

Applications can be used to:

The Applications are the Instructions for:

The Internet, with all of it's Shared Resources,
is Constructed and Maintained with Software
Applications,  many of which are
Shared on the Internet Itself.

It is growing at a rapid pace, it feeds on itself.
It is a Very Simple Idea, uncontrolled and very successful.
(Most ideas fail because they are over managed
with too many attempts to control.)
