How is Internet Publishing Accomplished ?
Man uses tools to accomplish tasks.
The Computer is a tool which is used to
Construct, Publish, and View Information.
The Computer contains nothing but
Stored Instructions called "Applications",
Sometimes referred to as "Software".

Process Information
The Applications are the Instructions for:
The Computer's Processor
"YOU" the User/Operator
The Internet, with all of it's Shared
